Mike came recommended by our landscaper who said the pond should be done before the landscaping if we were to have anything done to it. Mike came out and looked at what we had in place already, which was what we considered a pond(still water, no movement). Basically it was a concrete pit in the ground and we were concerned with mosquito’s, etc… Mike gave all his thoughts as to what could be done - placement of waterfall, water flow, liner, lighting, filtration, oxygenation, rock wall design, etc.. He took everything we suggested and tailored it to meet our space with much more vision, design and layout than we tried to explain to him. When the time came, he showed up with a crew of guys. Mike was on site if needed and if he had to leave for anything, he was available straight away on his phone. His guys left unattended were no concern as they are well trained, skillful at what they do and extremely polite. His guys took pride in the project - no rush, just thought out and executed with care and professionalism. Mike has a great crew and runs his company much more professional than most. Full Service Aquatics do what you would expect them to do without any hassle or fuss. True professionals!

Sorry to say I had a horrible experience. 15 minutes cost me $250. and did not solve the problem. Mike refused to come back to "guarantee" his work without being paid again.
I would recommend Full Service Aquatic to anyone. Mike Gannon is amazing in his profession. He is professional and efficient. Mike made my small, over crowded pond into a huge beautiful work of art so to speak. He was there for the entirety of the job and I was mostly impressed by the rapport that he has with his workers.
