I booked a massage for my mom for Mother's Day and paid ahead so she wouldn't have to deal with any payment issues. She was excited to go, her appointment was at 5:00. On her way there, she got a call saying "what are your whereabouts your session starts in 4 minutes." For starters, she wasn't late and secondly, what a way to start a "relaxing experience" what the heck! I'd understand if she was late, but they were just blatantly rude to her and rushed her. Then, when she was done with her session, they told her that she needed to give them the credit card info again, even though the woman I spoke to on the phone for payment said "she's all good to go!" She clearly was not. Also, it was not my moms card so we had to schenanagain around trying to text back and fourth to pay these numnuts. When they said I'd already paid. Safe to say I don't think anyone in my family will be going there again. Bunch of idiots.
