Called to rent a car and told they have a few of them and it was no problem to get one. When I got there no one was at the desk. I waited an hour still no one at the desk. I finally called and was told the only car they had, had a flat tire and they were in Westfield getting another one. I told them forget it I was not waiting and they would not even give a discount. At least call to let me know and not let me wait! Never again will I ever call them!
