My care required major work and Tom in the service department made it as simple and effortless as possible. They provided me a loaner car and kept me up to date as to the progress. When I picked the car up it looked like they had waxed it and the inside was spotless.
I couldn't be happier with the car or the experience at Smythe Volvo or Eric K. They were straight forward, efficient and respectful of my time, honest and courteous. Smythe is not the closest dealer to me, in fact I passed quite a few on my way home but next time I am looking for a Volvo, Eric K will be the first call I make.

Had a great experience with Eric K at Smythe Volvo who helped me get into a new Volvo. Deal was done over email/phone. Eric was kind enough to pick me up from 20 minutes away. Paperwork was fast and efficient. Gentleman in finance (forget his name) was also very nice. Once done there Eric walked me through the functions of the car in detail, filled up the tank and gave some helpful advice on some questions I had regarding accessories for the car.
I have never had this type of experience with a car dealer or with any other customer service department. I actually manage a call center for an insurance company and I hope my team is as tentative to our customers. They could not have made it simpler.
I have worked with many different car dealers over the years, and I have never seen a team who cares more or has more of a GENUINE service mentality. Every person here seems to be dedicated to ensuring that you are cared for from the moment you walk in the doors until the moment you leave with a car--and frankly, even after you leave with your car. When they say call or stop in at any time if you need help, they mean it! They are extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the Volvo brand. They took so much time explaining every feature of the car I got and never seemed rushed at all. Their only concern is to ensure your comfort.
